Woe is me!

Crow eating halftime update.
Woe really is me. Crap.
4th quarter update
WTF? They can't stop the run? Seriously?

The biggest problem at the beginning was they were too predictable.
1st down, long pass
2nd down, run.
wash, rinse, punt.

Back in Simms' early days they did that all the time. Then, they started throwing 15 yards and shorter and won the Super Bowl.
You know, they way they won it two years ago. Eli had Simms-like numbers that year, 19 for 28 for 220 or something.
How the hell do you go backwards? Throw the damn ball 15- yards 90% of the time, once in a while go for the gusto, but not all the damn time.
Being a Giants fan is not easy. It's exciting, but not easy.

Original post.
It's funny watching the pregame, oh woe is the Giants without Mario Manningham.

Yeah, they lose two very good catches and 4-6 drops and in the meantime, Hakeem Nicks and Dominic Hixon (who can be very good or very bad) get to play more.

Montana losing Rice it ain't.

1 FWIW, that was so brutally ugly that I don't even have the heart to taunt you.

Three weeks in a row where I can't even watch Sportscenter or NFL Total Access.

Unbelievabile. They were totally unprepared for that game in every facet.

They didn't know what to do on offense, defense or special teams.

I'm actually surprised they had their jerseys on.

I don't drink often, but when I watch football I drink heavily. If it's a close game I drink very heavily, I've finished a 12-pack in one game against the Cowboys or Eagles.

I stopped drinking yesterday in the 1st quarter. I started playing Civ II and dared them to make me watch. When they got close I made the mistake of watching and that's when they gave up 2 TDs in about 8 seconds at the end of the half. I was walking the dog when they fumbled the kick-off.

I always look at it philosophically, I could be a Browns fan.

That's a team that has always beat up their fans worse than even Joe Pisarcik or Ray Handley ever dreamed.
